Where mountain-fresh ingredients meet culinary artistry
Our flagship restaurant isn't just about food - it's where the mountain becomes part of your meal. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the glacier like a living painting while you're diving into dishes that'll make you forget you're at elevation.
We've been working with local foragers, farmers from the valley, and yes, even the occasional hunter who knows these mountains better than we know our wine list. Everything's seasonal because, honestly, that's when stuff tastes best anyway.
Dinner: 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Brunch: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Weekends)
The talented folks who make magic happen in our kitchen
Executive Chef
Trained in Lyon, worked in Vancouver for a decade, but Marcus says he finally found his calling up here where the air's thin and the ingredients are wild. He's got this thing about mushrooms - knows like 50 varieties you can forage within hiking distance.
Signature: Pan-seared elk with huckleberry reduction
Pastry Chef
From Montreal's finest patisseries to our mountain kitchen, Amelie brings a lightness to desserts that shouldn't work at this altitude - but somehow does. Her maple creations are borderline addictive, fair warning.
Signature: Glacier mint chocolate sphere with surprise center
Changes with what the mountain provides - current rotation below
Wild mushroom tart, smoked trout crostini, alpine cheese board
Alberta beef tenderloin, Fraser Valley duck, BC spot prawns
Seasonal berry pavlova, dark chocolate fondant, maple creme brulee
Seven courses of whatever Marcus is most excited about that week. It's a journey through the seasons, the mountains, and honestly some flavor combinations you wouldn't expect to work - but they really do.

More casual vibes than the main dining room, but the views are just as killer. Craft cocktails, local brews, and a menu that's perfect for post-hike hunger or just watching the sunset paint the glacier pink.
Full bar & sharing plates menu
Got something special coming up? Our private dining room seats up to 24 and comes with its own view of the glacier - which is basically the best centerpiece you could ask for. Whether it's a rehearsal dinner, corporate thing, or just a really good excuse to gather people you like, we'll make it memorable.
Tables at The Summit Table book up quick, especially during peak season. We recommend reserving at least a week ahead for dinner - two weeks if you're eyeing a weekend slot.
